I entered several images into this year’s Center for Photographic Art Members’ Juried Exhibition. The juror, Heather Snider, is the Executive Director of San Francisco Camerawork, a 40 year-old non-profit arts organization dedicated to the photographic arts. She reviewed over 700 images that were submitted and selected 45 to be displayed in the gallery and another 45 to be included in an online gallery and the catalog.
I am proud to announce that my image, “Sharpen” from my Hands Series was selected for the online gallery. To have this image selected for two different juried exhibitions this year is a great honor.
The Center for Photographic Art set up an online gallery of the 45 gallery images and the additional 45 images. You can see all the images by clicking here:

The Darkroom Gallery hosts juried exhibits providing opportunities for photographers from around the world to have their work evaluated by qualified jurors for display in their Vermont gallery near Burlington, on their web site and published in exhibit catalogs.
The theme of Manus et Pedibus, Hands and Feet was to examine them through the medium of Photography. I entered several of my images into the competition and I am proud to say that Sharpen, from my Hand Series, was chosen by the juror, Tim Booth.
